About Me
Jennie TranteR
M.a., LMFT, LPCC, Certified Integral Coach (SHe/Her)
Why I Do This Work
With backgrounds in international relations, finance, and psychology, I understand both the driven world of high performance and the deep inner work of healing. I know firsthand what it’s like to look successful on the outside while privately struggling with stress, exhaustion, or self-doubt. Years of my own coaching and therapeutic work taught me that true growth comes not from pushing harder, but from learning how to soften old patterns and build new ones. That personal journey deeply informs the way I support my clients.
As a licensed psychotherapist and certified coach, I bring both breadth and depth to my work. My training includes psychology, mindfulness, depth practices, somatic approaches, and leadership development. But more than techniques, I bring presence: a warm, attuned space where you can feel safe to explore what really matters.
Clients describe me as thoughtful, grounded, and real. I welcome all that you bring — the parts you feel proud of and the parts you’d rather hide — and I work with you to discover new ways of living, relating, and leading that feel authentic and sustainable.
