Adolescents, Young Adults & Their Families

Adolescence and young adulthood are periods of extraordinary development and transition in the journey that bridges childhood into adulthood. It can be a beautiful yet challenging, if not outright confusing time as your child strives to define their identity, values, place and purpose in the world, and experience complex emotions this journey brings up. My goal is empower your child in finding their own unique voice for the expression of all of these and in developing the skills to more confidently navigate their relationships with themself, others, and the wider world.

A crucial part of working with children and adolescents is collaborating with you, the parent(s), in the work. This begins with an in-depth conversation with you to explore what is happening in your child’s world and then working closely as a team to determine how best to support increasing your child’s well-being.
